3 days just for you, in an enchanted sunny place by the sea in Portugal,
in a safe bubble where all you have to do is let yourself be and go deep inside yourself.
Our retreat takes place in ONDINA GUEST HOUSE, a little paradise of peace and quiet in a Portuguese fishermen's village.
It rests 5 minute's walk from São Lourenço Beach, one of the World Surfing Reserve paradises.
Ondina Guest house is located 45 min away by car from Lisbon's airport. You can easily join by taking a Uber or Bolt from the airport. It will cost you approximatively 35 euros.
OUR RETREAT'S CONCEPT & BENEFITS
The theme of the retreat is Coming Home, with the goal to allow you to always find this safe space inside yourself, no matter what happens in your life.
For this, we will be using the magic of the Hawaian tradition Ho'oponopono, combined with some powerful holistic healing techniques (yoga, meditation, sound healing, energy healing, coaching, journaling, intuitive dance, constellations, art therapy, EFT tapping).
Our intention is to hold space for you to allow some healing while teaching you some self-healing practices that you can take home with you.

My sessions offer a unique time and space to feel & heal, connecting all the parts in you: Body, Mind, Energy and Emotions.
I welcome you with care, making sure I create a safe space for you to feel comfortable and share what is going on in your life.
My clients usually describe me as easy to connect with, compassionate, good at listening, and providing concrete tools to help with their life.
My method combines a unique mix of Reiki, Energy Healing, Holistic Coaching, Sound Therapy, Aroma Therapy & Crystal healing, which provides in-depth relaxation and allows the body to activate its self-healing abilities.
Originally from France, I have lived in Amsterdam for 10 years and recently moved to Lisbon in 2022. I'm a certified Reiki Master and ACT Therapist (Acceptance and Commitment therapy).
